Meh.

It's still good.

You lack advice. How can I improve?

Cool

Looks like a cut scene from an oldschool RPG game or something of the sort. Very nice. Could have a bit more detail/stuff going on, but very nice.

Hey...

This kinda looks like the sky in cave story when you escape with Kazuma....
Still nice though.

RandomExploit responds:

Yes, I was influenced by that.

Any way for me to improve?

well well...

first things first, your pics need to be bigger. It's hard to see certian things when it's that small. Ok... The shading on the back cloud could be changed so that it fits in more with the front one, it looks like you just did it randomly. Though small, you made it like a lot like it's from an old 8 bit video game, props on that :)

The gradiant is pretty good, but yoou could change it a little more and make the lines a little thinner, by doing this you'll use more shades of the same colour giving it a better transistion as it gets brighter. As a fellow ms paint arttist, try to stray away from the shape tools and the pencil tool, try to work more with the brush, it pays off after a while.

Alkso, try to add a few more layers to the clouds, or add in different grayish colous to them, it'll make them stand out more.
