While this piece seems to have a little less of the fine details as some of your others, it is just brimming with expression. The piercing eyes are just phenomenal. They really display a sort of surprise or look of shock, or maybe just determination... something. Can't quite put my finger on it, but it pulls you in. Well done!

Eyes

The shading under her nose looks out of place, you should have used more than a dark shadow.
Her nose altogether looks a bit funny, it sort of runs into the face and needs a bit more shading on the sides.

The lined effect on the lips looks great, and those eyes are terrific the way the iris breaks into a different color looks amazing.
