This character goes by shikatsu or Life and Death, He can bend his scythe at will and it is a holster to his sword. Shikatsu is feared all over the world( not earth). it is said that if death has a physical form that he is it. It is also rumored that people have said he has healed them and told them that it is not their time. He hovers or levitates over the ground and does not need to physically hold on to his weapons to attack you. He is the Guardian of this world balancing it out and keeping it from indulging into complete chaos. He is also of great significance to the plot of this story.
