Domestic violence is a serious issue. Millions of kids, seniors, women and even men suffer domestic violence. If you or a person you know is suffering domestic violence you should report it to your local authorities and contact a professional for recovering from this issue.

Even tho my technical skill isnt that great, i invested a lot of feelings and thoughts into this peace, even tho i was lucky enough to live in a stable environment i sadly knew people that didnt.

The shadow that covers the face and body of the man arent there only to add darkness to the composition but to also imply the idea that anyone, even a person you know, might be the offender.
The black walls are meant to put forward the dark path the child is taking while suffering the abuse of the adult.

The hokey mask, the date on the calendar and the machete are references to Jason, the main antagonist in Friday the 13th series.

I am deeply sorry that because of english not being my native language i have trouble fully expressing myself and how i feel about this issue.

The concept is really nice, you've put a lot of thought into it. I also love how you're trying to get attention towards the subject, which is a really good aim.
I like your use of shadow, though I miss the father's shadow on the floor. But besides that, keep up the good work!

Nice idea, you should work a bit on the anatomy of the running kid. The arms and hands are a bit off.
