good concept, i see that some of the surroundings were eaten but I don't understand how he closes his mouth, if it is like a guillotine his jaw will slide up and down but if it is a lever then he would bend and deform his cube shape, so it must be a pacman bite like a guillotine but with the cube compressing to fill in the lost space under the chin
