Started as a sketch meant to end as a sketch... and then I added and added and now it's not really a sketch and not really a non-sketch - it must be a hybrid!

I'm very sorry for the absurdly huge size, if you want you can just look at it on dA http://neurowavedamage.deviantart.com/art/Skull-Face-536097714 and you will have a decent size that won't zoom the image so close that you can see his cells.

I focused more on the face and left the clothes less detailed, I wanted to make him look wet but was too lazy to add rain drops and all that.
