Outer space

Share

There are days when I'm totally lost in thinking about outer space. I just listen to 'space ambient' music and thinking about space and the future in most of the day. In these days sometimes I create some short stories in my head about it (I started to write down one of them not so long ago).
I imagine that what would be to 'swim' in outer space while I listen to that music. I think this would be the most fantastic and the scariest thing at the same time. Ever.
In these days I'm sad when I can't see stars on the sky and because of the fact that I'll probably be dead when humanity will discover something.
I've been really really interested in space and space research since I was a child. If I had a second life, I'd surely be an astronomer.
And I don't know why I do not create more outer space themed drawing. Maybe because I have too much thought about it to draw it down.

I've really taken a liking to the work your doing Poliip. In some cases they seem pretty simplistic, and others take my mind on a more complex view. After reading your own comments to this drawing however I can completely relate to how you view things. I also wish I had the talent to create art work like this when stories and images are made in my head by viewing things like space and so on. Keep up the great work!
