I was working animating something in Flash and as usual I forgot to save and Flash Decided to crash on me. So while lurking on Newgrounds trying to find a way to get back my work I stumbled upon the good old staff page(Don't ask how I got there.)
I then decided to draw something up in the art style of the famous Character select and upload it here.
Flash CS4 and A Bamboo Tablet used.
Background is a screenshot from the NG staff page.
