and I've seen the tears you've shed.
I've watched you softly cry yourself
to sleep upon your bed.

I see the bruises on your skin
and I hear your aching heart.
And I know the things theyâEUTMve done to you
are tearing you apart.
But know I'm always with you,
even when it seems I've gone.
Remember that, and I'll be there
to help you carry on.

Little child I know youâEUTMre hurt,

And even you will have your place
within my grand design.
