Arms arnt shaped like that. the eyes are too far apart (idk if it's just your style but i think it'd look better closer.) Your for shortening is off. You should clean up your line art. Women have color bones and the head seems like it's "floating" Meaning it doesn't look like it attaches to the body like that. The shading needs more tones and idk i have a general idea where the lights coming from but not really. You should focus less on the manga style and learn more about how to draw the human form a bit more.
