It's not bad, it's like I've been thrown into an RPG and there's this ordinary guy talking to me, yet there's something is creepy about him (in a good way). But what happened with the space inside the teeth, and the absence of detail in the ears? You definitely could've spent more time with this piece. It seems like you had a good idea making this, but it's the little things in art that can make or ruin a piece.
