Dressed pinup this time.... :D
That's a comissioned work, the name is Eluna Odis and it's proppertly of the client. It's something like a humanized version of Raichu :)
This is a well made action illustration
I like the lightning bow and the little details like the belt, the blue hair is blending abit with the background though.
Not sure if this was intended, but the contrast seems abit to strong with the light brown hair.
