This thing took far far to long. Been working on and off it for about a year, and if my research serves me right, its close to one of the worlds largest silverpoint drawings. I could keep working on it to get it up to my standards, but it would never get finished. There comes a time in every piece where you just have to stop yourself and say "good enough" then move on.
For those of you who don't know what silverpoint is, in a nutshell its drawing with silver on a specially treated surface. Imagine working with a mechanical pencil that you need to go over the line 15 times before it shows up, that's basically silverpoint.
Size: 6.3 x 3.75 feet (75.5 x 45 inches)
Paper: Arches Aquarelle treated with silverpoint medium
