I'm going with a 10
I'm not as well versed as the others who reviewed this and that's fine. I can say for what they have said it is justified...as for me it's just in comparison as to how amazing it is to anything I would ever doodle. I personally am pulled to the lips the pouty expression was something I found unique for this type of art. Second the nose ring is interesting and I'd be amiss if I don't say yeah, the breast is pretty bad ass too.
bop
the nose ring sticks out the most
great technique, some flaws
The shading is incredible; you have a real talent for both consciously choosing where to place shadow as well as improvise on areas where the light source's affect would be less definite. For obvious anatomic structures, at least. I say this because at first glance it seems that you took the clavicle's placement a little too literally with the body so it looks static and a little out of place with the pose of the figure.
Speaking of the figure, I'm assuming that her arm is close to her body. I think this was already talked about, but the shading on the arm makes its existence indefinite-- the arm's shadow is close to the grade of gray used in the background, so perhaps that may be a reason? I don't know if it was the scan or not, but it looks like the highlight of the arm was actually meant to compose the entire width of it. So in other words, it looks like the light part of the arm is the whole arm!
Another comment: the bridge between the top of the neck and the chin looks lost to me, and it looks like the head was stuck on rather than thought of as a part of the pose's whole composition.
I'm critiquing at this level because your talent is so developed that you deserve every input to perfect your style, and you are close! Overall (by comparison) a strong and remarkable piece.
Good Drawing
Straight forward honest nudeness in art!
Great atmosphere wonderfull drawing Somehow her left arm seems a bit thin?
Great to see a painting with respect to how each individual is different in his or hers own right.
I wish we still had times were people would accept who they are instead of trying to change into what they are not.
Love your drawing style!
