Cinema 4d
That looks like one of the first things I made on Cinema 4D. Experiment with more than just the hair feature and you'll get some fantastic outcomes.

Far better then what i have been able to achieve so far. then again so far i only tried using fur/hair to create a chuzzle. anyway fantastic work and your definitly in my fav-list now.

Yet not enought
You can get the aproval of thoes who are not in the 3D but you need to develop some modelling, light&shadows and multiple/complex materials if you want to get the aproval of the ones of us who know how this works.

if u added eyes it could be a lil furball animal thing and it woulda been adorable :P
