Great piece!
Now, I personally dislike the monochrome use, but I would have to be dumb as a brick not to recognize the talent you have.
The only reasons I gave you 8 rather than 10 (besides the obvious point that giving constant 10s defeats the purpose of having a scale) is because of a few cut lines that weaken the setting first (such as on the criminal's left shoulder and on the couch arms) and because of the general unfinished style of the drawing. I recognize it may be a artistic choice, but this is much closer to a sketching than to a finished piece.
A very good drawing nonetheless, of course. Even though I don't like monochrome, I must admit that the way you use shades is masterful. The criminal is very threathening and the granma just seems so oblivious to his presence that it multiply the creepiness.
