You should look up H.R Geiger, more commonly known as the designer for the Alien franchise. This piece is very reminiscent of his style
But great work with the shading, background and the spikes. Definitely one of your best!

Another Obsidian Eyes painting, this time in acrylic!
After listening to a WIP song they had, I came to the conclusion that the previous one wasn't "metal" enough, so I decided to whip up another, and did this one in about an hour and a half on some illustration board. Much, much better in my opinion, this is the first time I've done anything acrylic since the Madonna of Polygon and I would go as far to say it's the best acrylic piece I've ever done.
I may very well do more acrylic stuff from now on, canvases are becoming expensive and I'm running out of room for big paintings, and the fast drying time of acrylics forces me to work fast and be expedient.
