Interesting design. Each figure exhibits some adumbration of personality, being clean, explicit, and expressive. This shows well on the girl, who I presume to be Angela. She seems to embody the basic concept behind your work in progress. As for the rest of the picture ---- there is great balance between the spaces. The black contrasts fittingly with the colors positioned to the right, which have a pleasurable composition on their own accord. It gives the impression that the Oddlings will be both venture into the "colorful" and "Stygian" aspects of adventure and living.

This is an impressive teaser, and it incites me to read The Oddlings if it was completed.
