Good art and some details are spot on like the wrinkles in boots and dress.
As far as fixing anything , a little darker skin tone to make the persons more defined from background and easier to see and the detail you put into the clothing also brought to the hair .

Can't draw backgrounds? Also the color needs work.

I don't like backgrounds and the colors are the way I prefer them sorry to disappoint you but it's what makes my art unique if I colored it like everyone else's then it would be everyone else's.
