Wow! You are incredibly skilled at art. The fact that you made this in 3-4 hours baffles me. Just, wow!
The lights made the forest beautiful, the background is great, and the dragon itself is, as the title of my review is, divine awesomeness!
There is a lot of dragon types. Thunder dragons, water dragons, heck, even Stardust Dragons, but a forest dragon is pretty unique. I find no negatives about this art. Great job! A well-deserved 10/10 from me. :)
