It is a good design, but you work a little more to make it more realistic lighting and shadows applied to help equalize the light.

You know what else "dosent fits," your dragon kinda has a Patrick Swayze hair cut going on. If you toned it down a bit I think this would be alright. Good detail though.

i know you tried to express sun light there and it is good but there is something weird about the thongue it just dosent fits
