Your artwork merits a fair deal of respect.

The reason for my 10/10, is the lighting.
Mini flare, maybe. But the lighting is INCREDIBLY well done. You used the mini flare as a means to light the scene, which is (in my opinion anyway) an incredibly creative way to provide that extra dimension.
There are reserves, yes, (FEW) but you toiled with this piece and it shows.
And, its better than anything I could do at present, by far. Props.
This is definately a wonderful representation of Bahamut, yes.
