So this is another of my photos that I've "painted on top of," using the programs Artrage and Sai. After I did the last one, I wanted to lessen the painting effect but I already had this one partially done. So I'll have to make it less noticeable on the next one.

I'm not too sure about these, but people really seemed to like the last one. I'll definitely have to do a couple more kind of like this at least.

Absolutely stunning

First off your shading, details, and colors make me completely dumbfounded. They're just so amazing and beautiful. One piece of advice is just to keep making art.

Thanks Aloysius.

Amazing color

Truly amazing color. I like your approach to this style. I have not seen this type of medium before. Am I understanding right: that you painted on the photograph or from it? Either way nice work.

Nondual responds:

Yeah I've yet to see someone really do this either. And yes, I did "paint on top" of the photo, using the programs Artrage, and Sai. Thanks for the review!

I like it very much

I love the use of brush strokes to give the clouds texture and movement. Intentional or not, it came out wonderfully. Well done. I would have given this piece an 11 if you had painted FROM a photo, as opposed to ON a photo. Maybe I'm misunderstanding your description. However, that doesn't make it any less "art", nor does it make it less beautiful. It's really fantastic, thank you for sharing.
