It's frustrating when a picture of a sexy girl, that really isn't that good, gets 10 times the attention as something I've spent hours and hours putting my heart and soul into. But at the same time, I have to realize, that sex does sell. We are humans after all.
And I'm not saying all artwork with sexy girls is bad. Some of it is really good, and all around a lot better than mine. I do realize, there is an infinite amount of improvement that I must make. I'm just frustrated, and that's why I painted this.
Hopefully, I don't offend too many people, but it's bound to happen. Please keep in mind that it is not my intent. I want to create art that is very popular, while at the same time being very deep. I do think, it's possible, it's just going to take some work.
Maybe what's most frustrating of all, is that I'm probably the most guilty person there is, when it comes to looking at sexy pictures instead of really good art. . . Lol.
And since this whole piece is just kind of a "frustrated joke," and a speed paint, I really don't want to hear about "how something needs to be better," I know. This whole piece needs to be better, but here it is. Hopefully you like it at least a little anyway.
Thanks for stopping by.
Edit: This piece has been teaching me an important lesson. It's cool to see that I can paint something that gets a lot of views (compared to my other pieces,) but the score is very low (once again, comparatively.) Now, how to paint something that gets a lot of views, AND a high score, but most importantly, has a lot of depth. . . This I shall be working on.
