It has a very old, cartoon look to it,
I love the Blue medium in the background that kinda evokes some sort of sadness,(or maybe it's just a damn blue background), The lady sort of "pops out" at you, which is cool.
There's a nifty sense of wind as well.(Ha ha... I said "wind", get it out of your system folks)
i like it, but i think the neck is too long

It has great colors and I really like it, but I think her shoulders are a bit too broad.
