This is a pair of shoes I made for milady and my 1 year anniversary... back in May. I don't know why it took me so long to get this photo put together for everyone to see.

Anyway, this is the third pair of shoes that I have custome made. I still used the same cheap ol' pair of Van's knock offs I always do, and I still used prismacolor markers to color the thing.

The one thing I wish I could improve is the waterproofing. I'm too afraid to try any waterproofing product on any of the shoes I made because I'm too scared that it will make the ink run when I apply it. Does anyone have any good suggestions about what to use to keep these shoes wearable for longer?
