That's a strong dog!

I was expecting this picture to be really silly or something, but it was anything but. This is easily the most awesome this character has ever looked like! I remember this cartoon from a long time ago. While not one that I particularly remember well, it's great that it created such good fanart like this. It reminds me of the stuff made by bleedman. You are, obviously extremely talented in your own right. If I look closely, I can even see some little bits of fur on his body.

It's detail like that that makes artwork good. Even the way you wrote his name is extremely cool. The cartoon usually makes him out to be foolish, but this is a very different and nice take on the character. I like how he's really looking out at the audience showing that he's ready to go into action. What's also sweet is how well defined the knuckles are.

I Have Seen Many

This is bar none the best. Hong Kong Phooy doesn't seem so cartoon like anymore, he seems to be a badass. Its pretty cool.
