A bit rushed

I don't know, maybe its your style or maybe it's me, but I found this submission looked rushed. The character did not look realistic or proportional, and because of that even with the slight movement of him, it felt dull. I did like the way the background looked to add to the character in general, as well as the expression on the character's face. Overall the submission wasn't terrible, it just didn't seem all that great.
