Really cool! I love the colors and the way they work with eachother, her outfit looks like you put a lot of work into it, and as a result it really works :D
My facourite part of this is the colors and how they compliment each other.
One thing that doesn't work: the legs.
If you look at the pic from the end of her skirt up -aside from the slightly too short right arm and stiff right hand (dont worry about that too much, what matters is that it really shows the cute (in my opinion) pose you were going for- it looks amazing, in fact, perfect, but if you scroll down to see her full figure the legs are off.
Especially when compared with each other, i think it's the lines. Actually the right leg is ok (good enough) but the left one in the air is too short.
I love the ice water on the ground, the bubbles and the aurora borealis type vibe of the purply green blue of the sky mixed in with snow style flecks - the background alone bought a whole 2 stars for me.
In fact i really do like the piece but just for some pointers for nxt time: the proportions of her limbs and the stiffness of the figure (the figure is good but it seems a bit too 2d in comparison to the rest, although that can be good too... i know i'm being unclear lol i guess its better as something you feel out for yourself as time goes on.) The hand on the umbrella and that arm are good too. The umbrella itself: the pole and handle are good but the brella (?) part of it is slightly askew or too big near the end closest to her shoulder in relation to said pole, but it wouldnt make sense if it wasnt in that position above her head so maybe adjust slightly and therefore youd have to adjust to pole to mesh with initial adjustment lol
Her facial expression, her hair, hood and neck are good.
I like how you gave a very natural and well done floaty-impression to it- i.e her hair and her the end of her coat, i know that it could be that theyre just meant to be in mid movement though lol.
In summary: I like but you could have made it even better
