Hey everyone, it's sure has been a while! Here's a new concept environment for a personal project in Cry Engine 3. It's sort of this high altitude airship village. People in this town love to catch skyfish, which are really good to eat.

I'm going for a strong How to Train your Dragon + Final Fantasy 4 vibe.

There's a bunch of work from my time at Insomniac Games that I've yet to post, so there's a bunch more coming.

I added this as a favourite a long time ago...

This is a great picture, although there's one thing missing. Was this supposed to have dragons in it? It seems like there were some things here I mistook for them. It's still a fantastically detailed picture. Is there supposed to be a battle going on? I think I see smoke rising.

You did a great job with the roof tiles. I guess those red things are just flags floating. I love the idea of flying Viking ships. It was a bit hard to tell they were Vikings at first. Why is Vikings always capitalized?

man you shold be an enviromental artist also fucking butafull

Love the environment. I'd love to live in a place like that, even though it does seem a bit dangerous. I enjoy the detail put into this, there's a surprising amount of detail to this. Also love the color scheme, really soft colors that make it seem like such a peaceful scene.

Reminds me of Jack & Daxter type of art, very nice work
