This is lakitu from Tetris DS, and i hate him more than bowser, damn cloudy block thrower. Made it in Corel Draw all the way. Now i prefer to use Illustraitor, but in that days Corel was all i known XD.

And for the record: I beat lakitu a lots of times XD
