looks so depressed probably because hes left out so much
that he has brown hair and a black mustache.
You can see the sadness in his blank stare. All of those countless years living in his brothers shadow and he still has the guts to look life in the face and say "I'm Weegee Dammit!" And he is kind of a rebel for either dying his hair brown or his mustach black.

Kool! I like the "photographic" thing u did on the background (the blurryness) It makes it seem like a photograph where the lens are focused on the character and the backgrounds is (obviously) blurred. Great job.

No, I use a free program called Paint.NET
It's almost like a watered-down Photoshop.
