I went into college (that's high school in england) one day to find my first lesson had been cancelled. So I drew this. Made in pencil, Coloured and tweaked in Photoshop.
Almost!
Well, first, it looks a little. . .i dont know, weird. Matt's eyes are too close together, and the Sonic Screwdriver is bronze at certain points. Otherwise, the style is very nice! Sorry if that was harsh.

And so is this drawing.
The only thing I would suggest is to fix his right eye. It is unbalanced compared to his left eye. If somebody tried to mimic this expression, without using hands to move their own face muscles, they would find it humanly impossible. It's like one eye is sad, while the other is serious.
The hairstyle is spot on by the way. Nicely done.
I "JUST" found out WHO Dr. WHO is...
And it is the most AWESOME Sci-Fi I had ever seen!
But only the 2005-present holds my interest. The 80's stuff is a bit too slow for me.
I'm watching the Tenth Doctor season right now.
