Inspired by the re-designs of the characters from the HG/SS games I felt like drawing something. I tried to imitate the style. Going with Gyarados was a bad idea, I totally forgot that guy was like 3 stories tall.

i like the red gyarados is a nice touch as well as the drawing of the trainer pretty good too, nothing wrong with the neck as seizou says, it just looks like she has a stiff collar jacket and she's leaning forward. keep it up :)

The only problem I have with it is her head. It looks a little out of place. Other than that, I think Red Gyarados was a good idea. You did very well on him.
