Wow its been far to long since my previous uploads here!!

Anyway what we have here is a bit of gift art for a dear friend of mine who is in a better of the word freaking talented manga/anime artist! And created a sword for his character that is a Soul Reaper. This is his Bankai which when making the render did not have a name. He related the sword to having powers from the Blue Lantern core so i created the name Aoiro-tÃ... no hikari Japanese for Blue Candle of the meaning Blue Lanterns Light. He liked the name and officially named it as such.

This is quite possible one of the currently most complicated of my weapon designs to date. the fabric was hard to get right and the chains were a pain to form correctly. getting the blade into that shape was a pain in the neck as well.

I also created the oath that is on the image. thats my own wording no references were used for it. I based the oath partially on the Green Lanterns oath bt then though meh i should make it more original and more personal sounding so i gave it the fight for your soul as a way of saying he protects those that he loves and cares about.

It is my hope that you users of Newgrounds enjoy this piece as much as i did making it!
