i got bored and played with apophysis 2.06c 3d hack
took about 2 hours to make this puppy. and let me say it was worth it seeing as many of you apophysis freaks are gonna say oh he just used curls. heh i wish i did all of this was done with julia3d and bubbles. some hemispheres to.

I really like how this looks, haven't figured out this yet. Guess i have to play some more with apophysis.
The only thing i don't like in this fractal, is that the circle below isn't in the middle but in the back of the swirly lines. Should have been in the middle and raise the transparency.
Don't know if this even possible yet though.
But i really like this one. Something new. And should have an higher score then 3.90 since this is all made and not just an random fractal.

actually it was intended for the circle to be like that. it gives the illusion of a aura.
I most certainly will look at your fractals. also i purposely remove the tranparency due to the nature of there being graininess. :P anyway thank you for your response.

Im still tryin to figure out how to BUILD fractals, all of mine are just mods of the randoms =/...And thanks for the scout aswell

when it comes to fractals your best chance is to just use a totally blank template and play around and experiment. you'll be amazed at what you achieve when you experiment.
