Pretty decent rough sketch made. The emotion on the face is quite well done. The shading is also great! I'm a little confused to what you were gonna do with the hand in the pic. It's always tough whether to continue and add more, or just to leave it as is. The picture does look like time and effort was put into this drawing. Overall it's pretty damn good. Good job.
