(Concept from the Client)

The Eldritch are beyond comprehension. Like the Tao, you can know of it/them, but you can never know it/them. Everything you learn about it/them only makes you aware of more things about it/them you don't know, so that the only descriptions about them which are accurate are questions, not statements.
For example, is The Eldritch one being, or is it three beings? Depending on your frame of reference, it seems to be one sometimes, and three at other times.
Is The Eldritch the creator of the universe, or is it actually the universe itself? And even more importantly, is there a difference between the two?
Did The Eldritch create the Elder Gods out of a desire, or were the Elder Gods a natural consequence of The Eldritch doing what The Eldritch does? For that matter, what exactly does the Eldritch do?
The Elder Gods have asked these and many more questions of The Eldritch, but it/they do not seem to know it/themselves. But it is clear that The Eldritch is/are curious and seek answers to questions that only The Eldritch itself is capable of understanding. All things in the universe are driven by curiosity. But is this because The Eldritch desire all things to be curious, or is it simply because The Eldritch is/are curious, and therefore so is everything in the universe? And, again, is there any difference between the two?

The human mind cannot fathom a being (or beings) of such nature. When you look at The Eldritch, you see three spiral galaxies forming a fractal pattern circling around a supermassive black hole. This is the only shape in the three dimensional universe that can possibly come close to representing it/their complexity to our minds, but it is not what it/they are. This is merely a manifestation created by our limited perception, simplifying a being (or beings) of undefinable nature into something small enough for our brains to observe without going mad.

The Eldritch is, and so everything else is, too.
