I like what you did you with this my only concern is the left leg. The kneecap portion needs to show the top part looking down on it. Unless you intended for the leg to be like that?

This isn't half bad, it has some flaws like the flags on his back are a bit small and so are the airplane wings. I really like the shading on the white metallic parts and the dark bits of his body with crossed lines look good.
Keep it up, you're improving a lot!
