Oddly enough,
this reminds me of Italy from the HetaOni series. Peculiar resemblance, but good drawing all the same!

First drawn with pencils, then inked, afterwards used watercolours to colour her in. It's still a litlle sketchy, but that's the way I like it.

I really like it, finished with the structuring left in it. your style kinda reminds me of children's illustrations in a grown up world, its very much your own.
9 because lower hand (left arm hand) needed a little bit more inking I think, perhaps the inside could use a little cross hatch. just where that purple is at, I dunno why that bugs me. just kind of flat where the rest of the picture pops.
