This took a few days to do. Gouache paints and ink on watercolor paper.
There's probably a few more details I could add but I'm ready to move on. I'll update it if I add more details.

i really really like this
i cant find a certain part in particular that i like most i just like the whole picture and i cant find anything i think needs improving. lol when i first saw this and read the name blood work i imagined one of these poping out of someones body and tacking over there body like some kind of infection :D anyway awsome work, really impressed with this and hope it gets seen by everyone :)

Love this!
Very nice work! I agree with Boxxy. I think that the middle serpent's tounges are done very nicely as well. I love more out-of -the-box art. It makes the wold more interesting.

awesome style and coloring feels almost like a Japanese ink painting
Why do people go to hentai when they see tentacle like things?
Its a disappointment. :\
