So I saw Tron Legacy the other day and while the movie was not fantastic, I enjoyed myself. She doesn't look like Olivia Wilde anymore although she initially did but after a while of editing, I seemed to have lost her in a blur of pencil shading and highlights. Disappointing indeed, especially as it feels too late to fix her.

But here she is in her pencilled glory. Let me know what you think.

Lots of personality

It's one thing to draw a person accurately, but this picture comes alive, how do you do it? :-)

Morgadeshou responds:

Sometimes accurate is boring. This is why I tend to stay away from classical portraits unless it's for study or practice. I guess just imagine if your character were moving than simply posing.

Hard to explain....

She's fine

Olivia Wilde is one fine lady. If anything though, she looks better here than in real life (I've never seen her in real life, but I've seen photos, and I won't go into detail, but there are some characteristics of her face I don't like). Anyway, I wish you could have bolded the lines are accented it to make it darker. Whatever

All in all I like this very much

I know how very frustrating it is to try and perfect something but ending up with, although a probable better piece of art, something that deviates from how it started or was intended. There are a couple of minor things I would tweak, the lips are a bit overworked and the left hand side is generally a bit underworked.

Morgadeshou responds:

Hahaha I got rather lazy after a while but I appreciate the criticism!
