I remember playing as the lost. This is an accurate drawing of how you have to play him. (but in hard mode so you don't have to replay him for the achs) Do you have the original? Because the new hard mode in that was very difficult as well .

Looks like artwork out of The Binding of Isaac! I like the slick; solid style of the outlines, and the linear shading and glow, feels like a pretty unique and powerful style. Nice mesh of bizarre and battered characters surrounding our sheltered hero too! Stylish work.
