Very cute! Unfortunately I don't have tips for painting water, but it looks like you did great to me! I love the mixture of colors in the water; you didn't just leave it blue and call it a day. It mixes the water into the environment very well. Keep it up, and thank you for sharing!

I wanted to do a quick painting. And since I still suck at drawing water I did this as practice. Took me about an hour.
Any tips for drawing water? CC is always welcome :)

Thank you! I tried to make it fit into the environment as well as possible, even though some of the blue is still too dark and a wrong shade. When drawing rivers or lakes I almost always get the colours and reflections wrong... Anyway, I'm glad you like it! :)
