'70s?
I don't know whether it was intended to look that way, or you just like the style, but this style of animation brings me back to some old cartoons from the '70s and early '80s.

Pretty close there, it's a bit of a throwback to the Mod scene of the 60's. I suppose you could also include the Mod-Revival scene of the 80's as well, so... yeah, you're right!
