This is done very well, but the face seems a little flat and what is with the two bumps on her right side? The diaphragm seems to be set a little too high. And you need to learn about the tendon and muscle line up in the neck- hint, the v like shape gets twisted when the neck is twisted, but in a odd and unique way.

Holy crap this is good.

Everything looks perfect, from the lighting to the shadows to the body proportions. My only problem with this (and I had to stare at this long and hard to find a problem) would have to be that her right ribs look a bit too sharp for that angle; but that's just from my point of view. Maybe it's just me because I tried to find something to nitpick at. Other than that incredibly small issue this looks very realistic. I like it. Great work!
