That neck is thick. I recommend that you practice on symmetry, it is a pain to learn, but it helps. And practicing symmetry doesn't have to be just faces either. I have a hard time doing this, but there are times when even I need to do this, but put in the outlines to help with lining up the face, there are different rules for how this works based on the art style. Many artist have provided instructions on how to apply the rules for just anime/manga art styles here on NG and on YT.
