Some FanArt of JoeZombie. I always thought that series was incredibly well done. Nice pacing and cool action. hopefully one day it will continue. Done in vector, and will be a small Icon in the upcoming NG calender

10000 better as the stick real :3
alien homnids new best friend :D or mortal enemy? O.o
I like how his claws look, and colors are great aswell, the way you used that warm red tone as a background of that cold-blue zombie, awesome combination. Really cool man.
"The series was pretty good for a stick animation.."
And should anyone have their cartoon characters re-envisioned.
They would call on you. Much props for your work as well as Robert DenBleyker for the series.
It looks good!
(On a personal note: I feel that it would look more dynamic if the shadings in his muscles were 'really' dark. Like almost black-blue? It would add this dark and ominous look to a zombie - rather than a possible Alien Homid roster character.)
Author's Response:
I agree about the shading, thanks for the review!
Cool, i like it.
7/10*
Joe Zombie were among the first things I ever watched here (besides Rockman Neo and Knox's Klaymations) It only got better and better as time went on.
I dunno if he'd flesh him out like this (away from stick figures, that is) but it would be one helluva improvement. The way how Joe's chilling in the bordered circle would make this an ideal shirt design...it wouldn't be hard either; slap it on the front of a green or black tee. "Newgrounds: Everything by Everyone" on the back, and, well...let's see if the creator has a site to throw on there...
...let's see....Rob-D. Hasn't done anything new since an '06 Joe Zombie submission...his website is....hahahaha! It's Explosm.net! I love Cyanide and Happ-...wait....
...Rob-D? One of the artist's name is Rob... Is the guy responsible for Joe Zombie the same guy responsible for the Explosm animations?
...Holy shit.
...Anyway, Joe Zombie has been a part of early Newgrounds history. It was an entertaining concept where the zombie was the protagonist, anti-hero, and I'd love to see more of it...especially in newer, rebooted monsterous detail like this. I'm sure Rob would be proud!
Author's Response:
I never really put those together, but it makes sense, since the explosm animations seem to have the same pacing and style.
