This is Panty & Stocking in my favorites outfits each one of them wore in episode 7 where they had to find jobs. Stocking looked absolutely adorable in the waitress dress <3, and a policewoman/traffic cop seemed to fit Panty for some reason. I can see her doing some interesting things with that baton... :T
