I recently got into the new anime from Gainax (same creators as Gurren Lagann), Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt, so I decided to make a fan character for it named Corset. I tried to mimic the style of the show, but it ended up looking kind of like a Bratz doll instead, lol.
Her weapon is the corset on her waist which turns into a whip called "XXX", or "Triple X". Her style is very Ganguro, appropriate for how much she loves clothes, shopping, fashion, and her looks.

Well I see that she is quite adorable which is good and I like that a lot. The background is also very nice here so great and excellent work in that area too if i may say so.
Her outfit looks really cute and comfy too. The color of the background looks slightly crazy but rather amazing as well. Her coloration on the outfit is awesome and nothing short of it.
Overall, excellent work.
